i have been chewing tobacco for about 10 years, im 25 years old. i know i need to quit, but anyone whos tried knows its tough. i woke up with a small painless sore where i sometimes put in my dips, and it isnt bleeding or irritated, but just a little bump. im getting into the dentist asap but would like to know if this is something i should lose sleep over.   • With out clinical examination it is difficult to comment on the lesion but as it is painless and it is not bleeding you should not take it lightly. Try to Quit taking tobacoo and get it diagnosed as soon as possible as delay can cause complications.
