I've been having tooth aches for over 2 weeks now. and for these 2 weeks, I've been taking Ibuprofen NSAIDs. The directions/warnings indicate that I can't take Ibuprofen NSAID for over 2 weeks because it can cause stomach bleeding. My dentist appointment is about a week and a half away. Is there any way to relieve the pain in the mean time?

  • if the pain is there for so long you should visit the dentist. Taking pain killer for so long and that too continuously is not recommended. You can change the medicine .The pain is because of some infection and may be you have to take the antibiotics for that. You can try home remedies like doing warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day or using clove or clove oil. for more info on dental pain you can visit the following link...http://www.identalhub.com/article_home-remedies-for-dental-problems-88.aspx
