Hi doc, I have this rare genetic condition dentinogenesis imperfecta.I am of age 22. And considering to have implants done for my entire teeth structure rather than veneers or crowns. Also, i am not looking to have dentures. What are your suggestions? Should i go for entire teeth (mouth) implants at this age or just have implants done for damaged tooth? As i have heard with age, the teeth structure become weak.So i want to get implants done now, than waiting to get it done at a later stage. Your recommendations and suggestions will be highly valuable.Thankyou.

  • As per my suggestion at ,you should go for implants for the damaged teeth. Yes, it is true that with time in your condition the other teeth also get weak. For the teeth which are not damaged now, You can go for the crowning. Crowning will prevent the teeth from getting damaged.
