My 5 year old son has crowns on his front top teeth. 1 month ago at his last check up the dentist said that they were ready to fall out, and told him to wiggle them all the time to seed it along. Well, it has been a month now and both of the front teeth have tightened back up a lot. They are still have wiggle room, but are much tighter than they previously were. Should I be worried?

  • Your son is just 5 years old. The front baby teeth will fall at appox age of 7 years to be replaced with adult teeth. So you donot have to worry but keep the regular checks done because sometimes the adult teeth comes before the normal eruption age. In that case if the baby teeth donot fall itself then the dentist has to pull them out. for more info on baby teeth you can check this article in our website... http://www.identalhub.com/dental-tooth-development-and-eruption-933.aspx
