Sir, I noticed a gum boil/gum abscess inside my daughter's mouth..(gum on top of the Front upper teeth). Initially went to general physian, antibiotic course completed, but the puss is not coming out/ or the gum boil is not removing at all. Request you to please suggest the best solution now

  • It seems that your daughter has an infected tooth. Your daughter is 4.5 years old so the tooth is the baby tooth. Thepermanent upper front tooth comes at the age of 7 years.  As the abscess is on the top of front teeth and if the teeth are not decayed then the trauma can be the cause of the infection which causes the abscess. Go to your dentist and get the x-ray done to find out which tooth is involved.
