I wear complete dentures on top and partial on bottom but my gums have receded so much that my dentures won't stay in even with the glue I put on them. Is this something that can be fixed or do I have to live with this? I live on a budget and can't spend a lot of money. Please tell me what I can do. Thank you.

  • Retention of dentures depends upon the support. More the surface area for support more will be the retention. so if your gums are receeding then support will be less and that is why the dentures is loose. The only other option is to go for the implant retained dentures but that comes out to be quiet expensive. For bottom you have partial , that means few teeth are there which can give the retention . so lower partial should not cause any problem. for more info on dentures you can visit the following link on our website.....
